NOVIVA Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece

Took a couple days getting use to the mouthpiece, teeth were a little tender but I can tell I’m sleeping better, and my wife is actually able to get some rest!

I used to snore up the storm. My wife has to wear earplugs every night. It worked instantly. I had to get used to it the first couple of night. My jaw and teeth were aching. After that, it was all good. The key is to let it soak in hot water for 1 minute and then wear it right away. A little hassle but its worth for my health and my wife's sleep quality.

It took me about a week to be able to wear it through the night, and then a couple of painful morning after some side sleeping challenges, but I went from a snore lab sleep score of 25 to 2! I purchased this more for when I travel, but grateful that I will be able to enjoy travel without keeping my friends up all night!

My partner and i finally slept through the night without any disruptive noise. We both wake up refreshed and happy, like we're on a mini-vacation every morning. Seriously, if you value your sleep and your relationship, you NEED this. thank you!

Better than normal results so far. Bottom teeth are sore in the morning but hope that goes away with routine. So far so good!

Since using noviva my husband says I no longer snore!. I have not needed to advance to the second snore guard. I was surprised that the guard is fairly comfortable. Some nights I wake up to find that I I had taken the guard out during my sleep! It would be great if the guard could be used for teeth whitening too!

I do not snore anymore and my doctor said : keep on using it . Use to have very severe sleep apnea but since this product , I am only sleep apnea . Not severe nor very severe anymore .Sleeping so good 👍 thanks

I will never buy another product. This is so worth the money. I tried the smaller mouth pieces first fit my mouth much better but didn't take the snoring down to where I wanted it to be. So I decided to try the bigger one. It took time to get use to I have a small mouth but I also use snore lab on my phone. I have absolutely no snoring with the larger mouth piece. Teeth are still sensitive at times but sleeping much better.

I’ve been using another brand of anti-snoring mouthpiece for quite a few years now and needed to order a new one. On a whim, I asked ChatGPT to give me a highly rated anti snoring mouthpiece with great reviews, and the noviva Anti snoring mouthpiece was on the top of the list. I figured what the heck, I might as well give it a shot and boy am I glad that I did. It’s a much smaller, lighter and more comfortable mouthpiece than the one I was using and doesn’t have to be molded to your teeth. I’ve been extremely satisfied with this mouthpiece and wouldn’t hesitate at all to purchase one in the future.

From the the first night it decreased my snoring by 80-90%!!! I have had severe sleep apnea for years and never addressed it, I wake up fully rested for the first time in years! It does take some getting used too as your jaw is a little sore in the morning but it is completely worth it.

I like the product is good. It is not hard to get adjusted to. It is difficult for me to have something in my mouth that is usually not there as I sleep. But generally it is very comfortable in the mouth.

I had low expectations for this product and was pleasantly surprised. It actually stopped my snoring. My one issue with it is that it shifts my teeth. I have to rotate wearing this with my retainers to keep my teeth from moving too much. Overall, I’m really impressed with this mouthpiece!

I’ve used this for two nights. My mouth was kept open but I could close my lips and breathe through my nose. It somehow felt very natural and helpful. I don’t believe I snored or made any other sounds all night.

So far so good. Very comfortable to wear & my wife says it works. Want to see how long it lasts then I'll really be sold.

Finally, I found one that is small enough that I can fall asleep with it in my mouth. It holds my lower jaw in place to keep me from snoring. My wife was so impressed. Only downside is that my teeth sometimes feel like I've been wearing a retainer after braces.

Husband has been using for over a week. Snoring has greatly subsided although he states the mouth piece can be uncomfortable at times. He is using the smaller size, for now. Now I don’t worry so much through the night and can fall asleep much quicker. I also gifted one to my daughter. She has not used it yet but will up date

Saw the ad on Instagram. Wife complains of snoring. Seemed a little expensive but I was pleasantly surprised. Snoring went away and the little sleep I get I have felt more energized. One complaint I would have is that if there was a way to make it more obvious which side is top/bottom. At night in a rush to put it in it can be easily placed incorrectly.
